Choose a lock-with-gateway set, a lock-and-keypad set, or the keypad accessory only. The ONLY Keypad option does not include a smart lock or gateway.
The EU lock manual describes installation on specified European cylinder arrangements using the supplied cylinder, adapter and mounting plate. Check the installation drawing and your door before purchase. Replacing the cylinder means using the keys supplied with that cylinder.
The documented EU lock uses four AA batteries; follow the manual battery polarity and avoid rechargeable cells. The separately documented keypad family uses two AAA batteries. Confirm the received accessory revision and contents before fitting.
Bluetooth app access requires setup in the supported app. Remote access requires a compatible, configured Bluetooth gateway, account and working network. Voice access, where supported, requires the relevant linked account and voice-code settings.
Automatic unlocking depends on phone location permissions, background app operation, internet access and Bluetooth proximity. A phone geofence setting is not the lock Bluetooth operating range.
Bind the keypad and enable Keypad Mode as instructed. The keypad manual warns that an existing phone or gateway Bluetooth connection can prevent keypad access; follow the supplied firmware instructions. Confirm cylinder and accessory compatibility before installation.
