Howard FSR84416F is an LED retrofit kit for an 8 ft fluorescent strip channel. The manufacturer identifies a 4.25 in pan width and two separate 4 ft gear trays, with four Type B LED lamps at 5000 K.
The lamp rating is 16 W per lamp. Four lamps therefore give a nominal combined lamp rating of 64 W; 64 W is not the rating of each tube. The manufacturer specification gives a 110–277 V input range. Confirm the supplied revision and supply frequency before installation.
The published kit contains two gear trays with prewired lamp holders, eight Tek screws, four gear-tray tethers and Type B LED lamps. Confirm that the supplied package matches this configuration.
This is a ballast-bypass retrofit, not a plug-in lamp replacement retaining a fluorescent ballast. Check the existing channel width, mechanical mounting and complete luminaire suitability. The supplied lamp instructions must establish the connection arrangement; the Type B label alone does not identify single-ended or double-ended wiring.
