The screen model uses a USB DC supply. The manufacturer lists a 5 V / 1 A input requirement; this does not establish the controller’s power consumption. Its touch buttons can operate offline, while app setup requires a compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. No separate hub is required for its basic local controls.
The screen model is intended for infrared-controlled air conditioners. Check the appliance model and supported remote-control functions before ordering. The manufacturer offers an app learning function for unsupported brand entries; this does not guarantee every appliance or command will work. The screen model uses the MOES/Tuya app over Wi-Fi without a separate hub.
